’ I've ordered a gorilla bag. I picked up the bag from Mitre10 for 180$. The weight limit was 1.2 tonnes and it’s the best price in the market for weight. Filled it up and booked in for a pick-up online on a Friday night. They picked up the bag on Monday early morning. Hassle-free and love their prompt service. Will be buying again.'

Awesome place to get rid of rubbish.

Really easy and at a great price. Simply picked up a bag in Mitre 10, filled it, booked the collection online and it was picked up this evening by a cheerful, professional driver. Great job - thanks!

First time using Green Gorilla. The person on the phone was friendly and helpful. Delivered bag within the expected time frame. The bag had clear instructions on what can/cannot be included. After a few days, I called to schedule a pick-up but was not given a pick-up time so was pleasantly surprised to hear the G.G truck very early in the morning (7 am) on that day; which was an hour before I had planned to move my car out of the driveway. Fortunately, I was impressed they were able to pick up the bag without me needing to move my car. Pick-up people were polite and easygoing. They were careful too. Overall I would be happy to use this service again. Thanks, Green Gorilla.

Very good experience dealing with this company ordered 3m3 flex bin, delivered the next day and during the lockdown. Filled up the bin and called customer support, got picked up the next day morning. A very efficient company I would say. Thanks for the essential service 👍 for even working during the lockdown.

Picked up the bag from Mitre 10, filled it and then rang to arrange collection. The lady I spoke to book was friendly and helpful and the man who did the physical was cheerful, friendly and incredibly efficient. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

When I contacted them about bin removal it was during level 4, was told that my bin would be picked up the first week of level 3 and they definitely kept to it. On the first day of level 3 and it's already been picked up, the driver was awesome, didn't take him long to get the truck in and remove the bin. Really polite and friendly too. Great work team keep it up.

We use Green Gorilla for our home and our office. The drivers are always friendly, they often take the odd extra rubbish bag if we have it. If our house ever gets missed we drop them an email and they come the next day. Really good service, highly recommended.

Incredible experience with Green Gorilla and their skip bins. I ordered mine and arrived overnight. Ordered the collection months later and it was collected the following day. Compared to an experience with Waste Management I would never look back!!

Communicated well before turning up right on time. Placed the bin exactly where I wanted it down my long driveway. Took it away on the assigned day with no fuss.

Fantastic service. We're based in West Auckland. We've used the gorilla bags twice and would do it again if the two bags hadn't already cleared out everything we wanted to get rid of. They do everything on time and exactly as you expect.

I've just had my second Gorilla bag picked up today and I'm very happy with the customer service. The friendly staff at the end of the phone and friendly drivers arrived on time as scheduled. After having multiple bad experiences with flex bin I'm glad there's competition in this market. I'd recommend it!
