Open to both the general public and commercial vehicles, the Tauriko transfer station is fully automated. No need to book ahead if you are a member of the public. All you need is your credit or EFTPOS card and your waste. Simply touch the screen before the weigh bridge to start the process.

TAURIKO SITE SAFETY

Please follow safety instructions and signage onsite. We strongly recommend wearing sturdy covered shoes and avoiding jandals. No bare feet. All persons under the age of 15 years must remain in vehicles. No pets are allowed outside of vehicles.

 

For Commercial access at Gate B the completion of a site induction is required. This can be done online, with the link available to account holders by contacting our call centre.
