Green Gorilla is looking for a driven, high-energy sales hunter to join our growing sales team in Huntly. This is a true new business role. We need someone who is confident getting in front of builders, contractors, developers and construction businesses, opening doors, creating opportunities and winning new work.
You will be responsible for identifying, targeting and converting new customers across the commercial, residential and construction sectors. You will promote Green Gorilla’s total waste solutions, build strong relationships and help customers improve waste diversion while keeping their sites running efficiently.
This role is packed with opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, commercially sharp and hungry to grow. You will need to be comfortable prospecting, cold calling, networking, negotiating and closing. Just as importantly, you will understand how to listen to customers, identify their challenges and offer practical solutions that make a real difference.
We are looking for someone who brings energy, resilience and a strong results focus. You will be backed by a well-known Kiwi brand, a strong operations team and a business that is serious about diverting as much waste away from landfill as possible.

Our ideal candidate will have the following:
· Qualification in Business, Logistics or related field.
· Moderate experience and success working in a targeted sales environment is an advantage.
· Relevant experience in a similar environment/role is preferable.
· Sales and negotiation skills.
· Ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients in a short period of time.
· Self-motivated and works to strict deadlines.
· Strong Written and Verbal Communication is a must.
· Proven problem-solving skills.
· Computer literate.
