The Operations Cadet is a new development position and will initially report to the Operations Manager in regards to all aspects of customer services and logistics.
The Operations Cadet position is a pathway to experience, exposure and excellence that encourages new ideas and innovative thinking. This exciting position is supported with comprehensive training to ensure that your skills and knowledge are tracking for exceptional growth.
This position will assist as a liaison, providing product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency. You will also coordinate personnel and processes to achieve the effective distribution of our products/services. The target is to provide excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and ensure the smooth operations of a variety of channels for maximum efficiency.
We are looking for a recent graduate with a University Degree who believes they have the energy, intelligence and character to launch their long term career with us. You will need to be an analytical problem solver who can demonstrate an ability to think outside the square; desire to work within strong commercial initiatives; clear written and verbal communication skills, honesty; integrity; reliability; high attention to detail; strong organisational skills; and computer skills.
