To develop and provide sustainable waste and recycling solutions that maximise recovery and re-use and divert waste from landfills.

Every day we ask ourselves, “how much better could it be?” We are intentionally tough on ourselves and strive for excellence in everything we do. We bring our ‘A game’ every day and aim to do it better.

Our DNA is 100 per cent kiwi. We are invested in our country environmentally, economically and emotionally to cultivate a legacy that will live beyond us. THE RIGHT TRACKS TRAINING

Green Gorilla partners with Upskills Limited to offer a workplace training programme that enables our workers to unlock their potential. This helps cement positive behavioural change and grow the potential of individuals, whole organisations and communities.

How does it work?
Training happens on-site, in small groups, and during regular work hours so it’s easy for everyone to participate.
The Right Tracks teaches:

  • SMART Goal setting
  • Financial literacy tips and tool
  • Effective writing for workplace document
  • Communication confidence
  • Digital literacy
  • Problem-solving

EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH

Our monthly Employee of the Month Award is a wonderful way we recognise and say thank you to our fellow team members for their great work.
